Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-10
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for IntentHunter subscriptions, operated by IntentHunter (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Free trial
IntentHunter may offer a free trial so you can evaluate the service before your paid subscription begins. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from billing settings at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
We do not automatically pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
3. When we may issue refunds
We review refund requests case by case. We may issue a refund when:
- You were charged after cancelling before renewal
- A billing error caused an incorrect or duplicate charge
- The service was unavailable due to an issue on our side for a material part of your paid period
- You contacted us shortly after an unintended renewal and have not meaningfully used the service during that renewed period
4. When refunds are not usually available
Refunds are not usually available for:
- Partial months or unused time after cancellation
- Plan downgrades during an active billing period
- Lack of results, replies, conversions, or business outcomes from surfaced signals
- Charges resulting from forgetting to cancel before a trial or renewal date
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
5. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront. If you cancel an annual plan, cancellation stops the next annual renewal. We do not usually refund unused months in the current annual term unless required by law or we approve an exception.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your IntentHunter account
- The charge date and amount
- The reason for the refund request
- Any relevant Stripe receipt or invoice details
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
7. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
